"The Shelby Twp. Fire Department has been using the Hurl-e® on all of our apparatus for about 6 months so far. I have to admit, the positive response from the firefighters and paramedics has been profound. This ultra-portable and compact device is always immediately available for us. It is stored folded up allowing it to be easily carried in a jump bag or one's pocket thus allowing it to ALWAYS be available."
"As a paramedic of 20 years and firefighter of 15 years, I have seen a lot of products and gadgets come and go. The Hurl-e® is a very well thought out product. It performs excellently, it is very cost effective, and greatly reduces our chances of being exposed to bodily fluids."
"The hands-free capability allows for personnel to be able to better treat their incapacitated patients without having to be committed to holding an ordinary emesis basin."
"The Hurl-e® is now a permanent part of our equipment inventory. We have been very satisfied with it's performance and have not had a single failure. It works and it's affordable. Period."

"THANK YOU for inventing such a simple yet useful tool to make my job so much easier. The Hurl-e® is the vital missing link for EMS personnel to properly and safely deal with emesis."
"In the past most of us had to follow the motto of EMS, 'adapt and overcome'. Wash basins have a tendency to spill or cause splatter. Let me tell you, the back of an ambulance is not exactly a large compartment. Also, thanks to Murphy's law the spilling or splattering always occurs on the equipment or areas most difficult to clean."
"The Hurl-e® and all the features solve every issue I have ever had when using other emesis devices. The Hurl-e® design itself eliminates splatter in addition to providing the patient with some privacy. In effect making the patient more comfortable and less embarrassed. A priceless feature I might add."
"Some of the other features I very much appreciate are the ability to set down the Hurl-e® on a flat surface and being able to fold and seal it after use. This makes disposal clean and easy."
"The neck strap......talk about reading our minds. In the past when dealing with incoherent patients that are vomiting we commonly would cut a hole in the top side of a red bio-hazard bag then put it around the patient's neck. The neck strap on the Hurl-e® is not only designed to be safe, but it is also ergonomically correct. The strap holds the Hurl-e® in the right place which keeps the emesis from going anywhere but into the Hurl-e® container."
"I am sure you are well aware of your products features and utilization capabilities, but still I felt like I should share with you just how excited I am about the Hurl-e®. Thank you again!"

"Having been a paramedic for ten years now, doing both transfer and primary 911-response work, I can say that we in EMS, and public services in general, have all been waiting years for a product like the Hurl-e®. It is no fun to be caring for a sick person on scene, or in the back of an ambulance, without access to an appropriate, effective emesis basin. For years we've all used a variety of field expedient containers including wastebaskets, shopping bags, plastic wash basins, and empty fried chicken style food buckets, none of which were ever truly designed for the purpose. And not to mention, if a patient is too sick or incoherent to hold their own container, then the transporting EMT has to do it, thus occupying their hands when they would be better put to use caring for the patient in other ways. Even products designed to catch emesis have proven difficult to work with or mostly ineffective in an EMS response environment."
"Yet now we have the Hurl-e® "hands free" emesis container. I can't say enough about how well designed the Hurl-e® is for its intended use. The first time I saw one, I wanted to use them immediately. Never before has there been an emesis container that an EMS worker can keep readily available in their own pocket or in a jump kit which can be deployed and ready for use within a matter of seconds. I look forward to having the Hurl-e® available in my jump kit, and not a moment too soon!"
